  • Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our site and click on any items ‘Add to Cart’ button that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart.
  • You will see the selection inside the cart and have the options of adding further items ‘Continue Shopping’ or you can select ‘Proceed to Checkout’
  • At any time you can select ‘Cart’ or ‘Checkout’ from the top menu.

We accept check payment … follow the normal shopping procedures. At the bottom of the page that requests your billing and shipping information select the ‘Click here to pay by Check’ option. Orders will be shipped when your check is cleared.

Postage and Packing

  • Our delivery charges are made up of a fixed Packing Charge per ORDER and a Postage Charge based on the sum of the weights of each item in the order. You will be advised of the total cost before entering payment details.
  • The Packing Charge is $1.50-$2.50 depending on weight and is applied ONCE ONLY to every order.
  • The Postage Charges are the current USPS rates from October 2014.
  • All International Deliveries are charged for at the fixed Packing Charge per order of $2.50 and Postal Charge based on United States Postal Service airmail rates for either “Europe” or “World Zone 1 & 2”. The Rates are based on 1 pound weight intervals.

Delivery Schedule

We deliver your order right away. Your order will go out within 2 days of your placing the order. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

A tax rate of 8% will be applied to any order that has been purchased in the state of California whether or not it is shipped to another State or Country.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Privacy Policy

Emerald Harp Productions does not disclose buyers’ information to third parties. Cookies are only used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item

Returns Policy

NO FAULT RETURNS WITHIN 14 DAYS

Right to cancel: you can cancel your purchase at any time either before or up to 14 days after delivery of your product by: returning the product(s) to us with the invoice (which was enclosed with the item when delivered) to:

– Please have your order number or invoice to hand –

 

  • Your product must be complete, unused and in ‘as new’ condition (e.g., if you have opened the packing to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product in any way)
  • It should be returned with the original packing
  • The pre-recorded CDs must be sealed
  • We make no charge if you return the product to us in person
  • If you choose another method of return, such as posting an item back to us you must bear the costs

RETURN OF FAULTY GOODS WITHIN 28 DAYS
The following are guidelines.

  • Wherever possible we will respond to your individual circumstances
  • If there is a fault with your product within 1 month of delivery (or other defect with your order), we will normally offer a prompt exchange or refund
  • We will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund if the fault occurs within 28 days of delivery
  • To qualify for a refund or exchange the product should be in otherwise in ‘as-new’ condition
  • This guarantee does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear
  • If a pre-recorded album is faulty under guarantee we will happily exchange it for the same title or refund your money
  • We will refund delivery charges you have incurred in returning the item(s) to us
